SAKI Leaves NEMOPHILA

Rock band NEMOPHILA have announced the departure of guitarist SAKI.

A bilingual statement on the band’s official website cited “differences in direction” as the reason for the parting of ways. SAKI herself said “it seems that I have fulfilled all the roles I needed to in this place”, and mentioned that she would now focus on “exploring how far I can advance as a guitarist on my own.”

To that end, SAKI recently released the digital single GERMINANS, her first solo release in three years. Meanwhile, NEMOPHILA will continue as a four-piece.
