The Shamisenists to Live Stream "The Last Session to be Reborn" Concert

Alternative shamisen rock band The Shamisenists recently announced that they will be holding a show at Moon Romantic in Aoyama, Tokyo on February 3rd.

Titled The Last Session to be Reborn, the show is a release event for The Shamisenists' fourth album PLAY!, which came out in December 2022. The show is also significant because it will be the last before The Shamisenists take a break from live activities, as the group's members intend to shift their focus to solo activities and preparing for the band's next steps for a time. A message regarding the hiatus from live activities is available in English on their official website. 

The live stream of the concert will begin at 19:30 (JST) on February 3rd. Tickets are priced at 2,000 yen and they are available for purchase here via ZAIKO.

Following the live broadcast, ticket holders will be able to watch an archive of the show until 23:59 (JST) on February 10th. Tickets can also be purchased during the archive period until 17:59 (JST) on February 10th.
