New EP from tipToe.

Idol group tipToe. will release a new EP on December 14th.

fifthRuler. will be a concept EP that will contain five songs with a "rain" motif. tipToe. performed all of the songs from it at their second concept one-man blue moon rising,my shoes are wet., which was held at Shirokane Takanawa SELENE b2 in Tokyo on November 30th.
