New Single from Maaya Sakamoto
Singer and voice actress Maaya Sakamoto will release a double A-side single, featuring her theme songs for anime series "Deaimon" and "Ascendance of a Bookworm", on May 25th.
Singer and voice actress Maaya Sakamoto will release a new single on May 25th.
Sumire / Kotoba ni dekinai is her second consecutive double A-side release. Sumire, which was produced by Quruli frontman Shigeru Kishida, serves as the opening theme song of anime series "Deaimon". Kotoba ni dekinai, composed by Sakamoto herself, is the ending theme for the third season of "Ascendance of a Bookworm".
Both editions of the single will contain a 'studio live' version of Senri no michi, a song created to commemorate the 1,000th broadcast of Sakamoto's radio show, Vitamin M. The limited edition also features a live Blu-ray of the final day of her Acoustic Live & Talk 2020 tour, filmed on November 29th, 2020, at Zepp Tokyo.
