New EP from EGOIST

EGOIST will release a new EP on November 30th, precisely ten years on from their debut single Departures ~Anata ni okuru ai no uta~.

BANG!!! will contain four tracks, including the digital singles Saigo no hanabira (The meaning of love) and Zettai zetsumei. The EP is the project's first physical release since founder ryo stepped back as full-time producer and assumed a supervisory role.

In his stead, composing duties were shared by South Korean producer M2U; Vocaloid and anison producer Giga; and electropop duo ANIMAL HACK, who contributed the original song Tonight Tonight. ryo wrote the title track's lyrics.

Elsewhere, the man will release his new solo single takt under the name ryo (supercell) on December 29th. The title track, a collaboration with After the Rain's mafumafu and guest vocalist gaku, dropped digitally on October 5th.
