New Album from BULLET TRAIN's Matsuo Takashi
Matsuo Takashi, the lead vocalist of boyband BULLET TRAIN, will release his first full-length solo album on September 8th.

MONOGATARI will contain ten tracks, including his English-language single Magic. An eclectic mix of artists contributed songs to the album. They include electro punkette Chi- of CHAMELEON LIME WHOOPIEPIE, mulleted singer-songwriter OHTORA, millennial disco trio THREE1989, and soft-rock bands macico and BIALYSTOCKS.
A fifteen-year-old Matsuo joined BULLET TRAIN (also known as Chotokkyu) in 2011. He's been the group's sole lead vocalist since 2018. He made his solo debut in September 2020 with the mini-album Utautai.
