Following up on the release of his first new single in over a year, loess, last month, rapper shaka bose put out a new digital single titled piro piro mo ai featuring OKBOY & Dogwoods today.
He produced and mixed the song himself, and it was mastered by Hiroshi Shiota. The artwork was created by Ryu Nishiyama. Links to download and stream piro piro mo ai are available here.
A hip-hop duo inspired by hippie culture, OKBOY & Dogwoods have been featured on a
number of shaka bose's works in the past, most notably on his more psychedelic songs such as Himiko, and they have made several appearances at his TOKIO SHAMAN live events. Individually, they
are probably best known for their viral hit ZIZIOMAGANJA.
A music video for piro piro mo ai directed by Plenty Ueno featuring artwork created by Ryu Nishiyama was also revealed today.
