New Unit: SHINKAN1000

A new unit called SHINKAN1000 was just revealed recently.

The group is said to consist of "fugitives from the space police in a universe where music activities have become illegal". They are all "alter-egos" of artists active in the hip-hop scene. The line-up consists of Dragon5 and NEYNEY (aka Yurufuwa Gang MCs Ryugo Ishida and NENE), St.Luther (rapper SALU), MEGANEROX46 (rapper and trackmaker NORIKIYO) and Yh-Kn and Traes (producers KOYANMUSIC and estra).

SHINKAN1000's first release will be a concept album titled THA GREAT ESCAPE. It will contain 11 tracks, and it will be released digitally on April 28th. Bundles featuring a download card with MP3 and WAV data of the release and T-shirts will also be available for purchase from ZAKAI.
