Rakshasa vocalist Yuri and VELVET★CHERRY vocalist Akane have announced the end of their band Pinkish Crown's eight-year hiatus.

The two singers are the only returning members of the original line-up. They have been joined by Elue marine guitarist HiToMi, FATE GEAR bassist Erika, The Doll Parts drummer RANNA, and Rakshasa keyboardist Yucca. The band have said "melodic metal" will be their primary musical influence.

Yuri and Akane originally formed Pinkish Crown back in October 2011, alongside then-Wistaria guitarist Lovely and ex-DESTROSE bassist Ami. The quartet only performed live a handful of times before Ami's departure in 2012 led to the prolonged hiatus.
