While "extreme J-pop band" HYSTERIC PANIC touched on some of the inspiration behind their new album
Survival Game in our August interview with them before their overseas debut at Swiss convention Aki no Matsuri, they just recently revealed more
details about its contents.
Scheduled for release on October 9th, the album will feature 13 tracks. These will include a "Survival Mix" of Love it!, a track originally featured on their 666 (TRIPLE SICK'S) EP, the preceding digital single Yowamushi Riot,
and a cover of idol group Morning Musume's Renai Revolution 21.
The release will be available in two editions. The limited edition will come with a DVD featuring a documentary video with live footage of seven songs from their April Owari to hajimari TOUR 2019, interviews with the members and music
videos. The regular edition will be CD-only.
In addition, the band released another new song from the album as a preceding digital single today in Japan. Titled Black Hole Baby, it will become available for streaming and download on popular platforms such as iTunes / Apple Music
and Spotify on September 11th.
HYSTERIC PANIC also just unveiled a brand new music video for Black Hole Baby, which can be viewed below.
