It has been announced that LUNA SEA bassist J and solo singer Takanori Nishikawa (T.M.Revolution) will be collaborating on a new track called REAL×EYEZ.

The song was written to serve as the theme for the upcoming tokusatsu series "Kamen Rider Zero-One". "Kamen Rider Zero-One" will be the long-running franchise's first series to debut during the Reiwa era.

The collaboration came about because when Nishikawa, who has always wished to create a theme for "Kamen Rider", received an offer, he invited his longtime friend J to contribute as well. In a comment about the theme, Nishikawa also stated that it felt like fate that this "Kamen Rider" series was heavily influenced by artificial intelligence, as his latest album SINGularity also drew its title from a theory about AI. J stated that "Kamen Rider" is a superhero that almost every boy in Japan has been crazy about at one point, and that he is honoured to be able to contribute to the historic first series of this new era.

J composed the music for REAL×EYEZ, Nishikawa performed the vocals, and the song is being arranged by DJ'TEKINA//SOMETHING.

"Kamen Rider Zero-One" will premiere on September 1st.
