Silex Announce Line-Up Changes

MASHA, guitarist of power metal band Silex, has announced a major shakeup of the band's line-up.

Silex were already on a de facto hiatus due to vocalist Pete Klassen having to return to Canada at short notice. MASHA focused on songwriting, while bassist hibiki and drummer Yosuke Yamada concentrated on their respective commitments with SABER TIGER and Kelly Simonz's BLIND FAITH.

All members but MASHA have now left the group. The guitarist has said he's recruited an as-yet-unidentified Brazilian singer to replace Klassen, and will soon announce the new rhythm section. His Crying Machine bandmate YOSISI has joined as a full-time keyboardist.
