Pop rock band FIVE NEW OLD will release a new EP on March 13th.

WHAT'S GONNA BE? will feature four tracks: the title song, Please Please Please, Better Man and Don't Try To Be Perfect. The title track is said to be a song that they wrote hoping to reach fans both in Japan and overseas.

The band also just released a streaming-limited live album titled Current Location Concert - SKY CIRCUS Sunshine60 Observatory Session - on January 23rd. As the title suggests, the album was recorded during a special event they held at the SKY CIRCUS observatory at Sunshine60. At this show, the band performed with a glittering nightscape in the background on an observation deck 251 metres above sea level. Dubbed a "silent live", the concert saw all of the instruments except for the vocals transmitted to the audience through Bluetooth headphones, as the band would not normally be able to perform at full volume in that space. Links to stream the release via services like Apple Music and Spotify can be found here.

In addition, as a follow-up to their successful performances in Thailand last year, they have announced that they will be embarking on their first Asia tour this spring, although the specific dates have not been announced just yet.

Footage of Stay (Want You Mine) and Gotta Find A Light from the "silent live" at SKY CIRCUS Sunshine60 Observatory can be viewed below.
