Rapper SKY-HI will release a new album on December 12th.
The title, JAPRISON, is said to have two meanings: "JAPAN + PRISON" and "JAPanese Rap IS ON". Songs featured on the album will include Marble, which just recently won him the MTV VMAJ 2018 award for Best Hip-Hop Video, as well as both of the title tracks from his double A-side single Snatchaway / Diver’s High.
The album will be available in 12 versions. Five will be distributed in stores nationwide, and the other seven will be available exclusively via the mu-mo shop, AAA Party and AAA mobile.
The versions available in stores will include a CD-only edition and four special editions featuring a DVD or Blu-ray with either live footage from SKY-HI TOUR 2018-Marble the World- <2018.04.28 at ROHM Theater Kyoto> or a collection of his recent music videos, a video for a new song and behind the scenes footage.
The various exclusive editions add a second CD called FEE TOKYO, which contains the six tracks from his FREE TOKYO mixtape and a bonus song. Some versions also include a "FEE TOKYO" cap.
