callme Announce Name Change and New Releases

Self-produced idol trio callme announced on September 29th that they have decided to change their name to kolme.

The pronunciation will remain the same ("kou-ru-mii", which is taken from the first part of each of the members' names). The group's leader RUUNA stated that they hope this spelling will help to clear up some unintended meanings their original name produced and make it easier for them to extend their activities overseas. She and MIMORI also stated that they chose "kolme" because it means "three" in Finnish, which made them feel like it was a name destined for them.

In addition, kolme will release a new song titled Why not me digitally on October 29th, and they will put out more digital releases in the following months. They will also release their third full album in early 2019. More details about these releases will be announced at a later date.
