New Releases from Ishihara Junko

Enka singer Ishihara Junko has announced the release of a new greatest hits album for November 7th.

At present, there isn't much information available about Ishihara Junko Zenkyoku shuu 2019. However, it is known that her recent single Harukana michi and her hits Mirenzake, Futari gaza and Usuzumizakura will be featured on the album. Further information about the exact tracklist will be revealed at a later date.

Furthermore, the songstress recently released another album titled Junpu ~Ginei no sekai~. The album was released in commemoration of her 30th anniversary, and it was inspired by the theme of "shigin" (a specific singing and performing style of poetry). It contains 16 tracks, and it was just released on September 5th. Ishihara recorded shigin songs like Ashitazaka and Kotobuki chigirizake as well as folk songs like Kurodabushi and Byakkotai.
