Singer-songwriter Taro Kobayashi will release a new EP on May 23rd.
Titled SQUEEZE, it will feature five songs: the title track, Jaguar, Hibiki, Ookami and Ballad. While Kobayashi has been occupied with performing themes for the "Kamen Rider Amazons" franchise recently, this will be his first release of original solo material in over two years. It follows the album URBANO, which came out in November 2015, and it is the first release from an independent label he founded in 2017 called MOTHERSMILK RECORD.
To give fans an early preview of the EP, the title track and Jaguar will be released digitally on April 6th.
In addition, Kobayashi will be performing twin vocals with NoB (Nobuo Yamada) on EAT, KILL ALL, the theme for the film "Kamen Rider Amazons: The Last Judgement". Kobayashi sang the opening themes for both seasons of the series, Armour Zone and DIE SET DOWN.
