Next Music from TOKYO vol 8 in Canada

The Next Music from TOKYO tour, which brings outstanding indie bands from Japan across Canada each year, will be returning for its eighth installment this May.

The line-up this time around will feature MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGS, who just resumed activities at the end of 2015 and who were an enormous hit with audiences when they first came to Canada as part of Next Music from TOKYO vol. 2. Newcomers to the tour will include the young all-female rock bands Regal Lily and Gozen Sanji to Taikutsu, the instrumental post-metal trio NENGU and genre-bending electro-rock group DALLJUB STEP CLUB.

Like the last tour, Next Music from TOKYO vol. 8 will begin with two back-to-back performances in Toronto - an intimate date at Soybomb followed by a bigger show at Lee's Palace. The tour will then head east to Montreal before wrapping up in Vancouver on May 25th.
