New Releases from AKB48

Popular idol group AKB48 have announced that they will release their next single and two DVDs and Blu-rays in the upcoming weeks.

Halloween Night has been chosen as the title of their 41st single release, and it will come out in eight CD+DVD editions (four limited and four regular) on August 26th. In addition to different jacket artwork, all of the limited editions will include a ticket to a special event where fans can meet the members. Every version features three tracks, off-vocal versions of the songs and their respective music videos on DVD.

Type A comes with Halloween Night, Sayonara Surfboard and Kimi ni Wedding Dress wo..., while Type B has the same first two songs but a different third track, Kimi dake ga akimeiteita. Type C features Halloween Night, Mizu no naka no dendou ritsu and Ippo me ondo; while Type D contains Yankee Machine Gun instead of Ippo me ondo as its third track. As a first press bonus, all editions feature a randomly selected photo chosen from several different kinds.

Furthermore, AKB48 will release two new DVDs and Blu-rays, titled AKB48 41st Single Senbatsu Sosenkyo - Jyuni Yoso Fukano, Oare no Ichiya ~ BEST SELECTION and AKB48 41st Single Senbatsu Sosenkyo - Jyuni Yoso Fukano, Oare no Ichiya - & Koyasai ~ Ato no Matsuri ~ on September 9th.

AKB48 41st Single Senbatsu Sosenkyo - Jyuni Yoso Fukano, Oare no Ichiya ~ BEST SELECTION features their general election for the single Halloween Night on one disc and offers a photo as its external bonus. However, AKB48 41st Single Senbatsu Sosenkyo - Jyuni Yoso Fukano, Oare no Ichiya - & Koyasai ~ Ato no Matsuri ~, which also features their general election for the above-mentioned single, also includes footage of a festival that was held after the election and several interviews on 9 DVDs or 8 Blu-rays respectively and offers a 60-page booklet and ten photos.

The first press bonus for the DVDs and Blu-rays will be a randomly selected clear file chosen from 16 kinds.
