New Single from Sheena Ringo

Experimental rock singer-songwriter Sheena Ringo released a double A-side single titled Nagaku mijikai matsuri / Kami sama, Hotoke sama on August 5th.

Nagaku mijikai matsuri is being used as a TV commercial song for Coca-Cola's 2015 Summer Campaign. The commercial is now airing in Japan, and the song is available for purchase through online stores. The song took number one on the iTunes Weekly Song Chart in Japan for the week of July 27th to August 2nd. It's a duet with Ukigumo (also known as Nagaoka Ryosuke), a member of Tokyo Jihen.

The other A-side song, Kami sama, Hotoke sama, was written for a smartphone commercial that Sheena appeared in. It also features ZAZEN BOYS vocalist Mukai Shutoku.
