European Release of YELLOW STUDS's New Album

YELLOW STUDS, a Japanese piano rock band which draws influence from genres such as jazz, garage punk and rockabilly, released its seventh album in Europe on June 18th.

Titled [ALARM], it features twelve tracks including the song Comedy, which was previously released online. In addition, the band will also start a nationwide one-man tour to promote their new album. It will last from 20th July to the end of October.

YELLOW STUDS is known for its unique way of putting together different styles and piano elements. The vocalist Taichi Nomura's husky and rare voice is only supplement to the band's well-defined sound. Still an indie group, YELLOW STUDS have already released six albums in Japan and all their one-man concerts last year sold out.
