MoNoLith to Disband

Visual kei group MoNoLith has decided to disband on August 31st after over eight years of activity.

The members thank fans for supporting the "lovable shitty honey that is MoNoLith" daily for these eight years and apologize for the sudden announcement. Beyond "deciding to end a dream," no solid reason for disbandment is known at this time.

Before saying goodbye for good, MoNoLith will release two best-of albums on June 25th: a complete two-disc best-of album, MONOLITH, and a final mini album, SiN.

MoNoLith will also embark on a last one-man tour around Japan, titled The Muddy "SiN"ners, throughout July and August.

The group will hold an additional but short mini-tour, MoNoLith LAST PRESENTS "Kusogaki, Waragaki, Oreimairi." around the same time, with a tour final MoNoLith THE LAST LIVE "Kusogaki, Waragaki, Hankouki." on August 31st at Shinjuku BLAZE.

MoNoLith has been active since 2006. The most unique element of this visual kei group is that they have two vocalists, Ryu and Keita.
