An Cafe's VIP Upgrade Orders Not Valid

An Cafe has announced that all VIP upgrade orders for their upcoming European shows that went on sale on September 28th are not valid.

Due to a huge number of calls, mails and messages, the ordering system crashed completely within a few minutes of going live. Even though some customers managed to place an order, none of the orders received were complete.

A new system will be set up and customers will be able to place their VIP upgrade orders again on Tuesday, October 2nd. The ordering system will open at the following timings:

An Cafe has apologised for the system crash and will post a statement of apology from their service provider later.
