DJ Kentaro in the UK

As part of his European tour, DJ Kentaro is set to perform at XOYO in London on July 14th. DJ Kentaro is known to weave a stupefying set, simultaneously dissecting and reconstructing every possible permutation of hip-hop, drum and bass and electronic beat into eminently dance-worthy compositions. In 2002 he shattered the record for the highest ever score at the DMC World DJ Championships, being the first Asian DJ to ever take the title home.

The show will also feature Anchorsong, turntablist from the UK and the support acts DJ Woody, DJ Cheeba, Reso and DJ Irk. You can find out more about the event and how to purchase tickets at SoundCrash.

Before the show in London, DJ Kentaro will perform at Marisco Club in Woolacombe, Devon, on July 13th. Detailed information has yet to be announced.
