Hailing from Nagasaki, SHANK play intense, unpretentious melodic punk. Energetic live performances and persistent touring earned the band an incredibly devoted fanbase in the seven years they spent with punk rock label THE NINTH APOLLO. In 2015, the band announced they'd formed their own record label under avex, BAiTFiSH RECORDS. They made their major debut on September 30th with the mini-album SHANK OF THE MORNING.
