REN

REN are a duo specializing in classical Japanese music, inspired by natural themes. Formed by shakuhachi player Nakamura Masaki and kotoist Ibukuro Kiyoshi, they tour the world, seeking to further the possibilities of traditional "wagakki" instruments.

Ibukuro is also active in crossover rock octet WagakkiBand.
