Tsukiko Amano made music as an independent artist from spring 2001 to fall 2008. She prefers a very strong rock style with distorted guitar sounds, but also plays calm ballads with acoustic guitar, violin and piano. For a few years she also experimented with rock'n'roll. As such, Tsukiko's sound frequently changes.

She became known in America and Europe because of her theme songs for the Playstation 2 game series "Fatal Frame."
