MONKEY MAJIK

MONKEY MAJIK, which consists of two Canadian brothers and two Japanese members, is a successful pop-rock band based out of Sendai. Their music is particularly notable for the way it moves fluidly between different languages and genres, sliding easily between English and Japanese lyrics, hip-hop, rock and any other sounds that happen to catch their interest.

In addition to impressive success in Japan, they have performed overseas several times, including many trips to the Plant brothers’ home country of Canada, and seem eager to do so more in the future.
