BLOOD STAIN CHILD plays melodic death metal, which is spiced up with synths and hints of trance and techno. Clearly open to crossing borders in both action and theory, the band has performed overseas many times and worked with musicians and producers from around the world.

Led by cross-dressing guitarist RYU, BLOOD STAIN CHILD has gone through various incarnations since their debut. They were a more or less conventional metal band until 2010 when Greek songstress SOPHIA joined then-bassist RYO on vocals. In 2016, RYU effectively rebooted the band for a second time, doing away with the dual-vocal format.
