JaME caught up with MUCC at their hotel right after their autograph session. Even though the boys were already hurrying out to dinner, they had time to answer a few of our questions.

Last year you promised to come to Finland on your next tour. How do you feel now that you've performed here? Was the Finnish concert everything you had expected?

Miya: I have to say this tour has been very hectic and tough. For me personally, yesterday was the toughest, but we're all really happy about last night's concert.

Were you aware that last night's gig was sold out in three hours? How do you feel about that?

Miya: We are quite surprised about it because we never expected anything of the kind, but naturally we are very pleased about it.

It's not long since your album Gokusai was released but already you're releasing new singles. How can you produce new material so fast?

Miya: Actually, it's not easy at all, but due to our strong motivation and love for music, it's still possible to do it.

After the singles, are you already planning to release another album?

Miya: (laughs) So far, we've always released about one album per year so people can expect us to continue this in the future as well.

Did you have any specific expectations for this tour?

Miya: During this tour, we visited many countries for the first time so of course we were very excited about that.

Usually you all perform barefoot on stage. How come?

Miya:(laughs) It's simply easier to move that way.

What about when you rehearse?

Miya: Well, naturally we're not barefoot then.

You are doing a two-man tour with Balzac in Germany. What kind of a relationship do you have with this particular band?

Miya: We respect Balzac as a band very much, but also as people.

What can your fans expect from this joint tour?

Tatsuro: We can't really say. Both bands have performed in Europe before so basically the audience knows exactly what we are like. We will always be ourselves and wouldn't want to change anything.

It is MUCC's Tenth Year Anniversary in May. How have you planned to celebrate it and what meaning does it have for you guys?

Miya: We're happy that after ten years we're still able to do all this.

Last night you got your fans to sing along with you. How did that feel?

Miya: It was so much fun and made us very happy.

Your new single was released today in Japan. Would you like to say a few words about it?

Miya: Yes, it's called Libra and is the first single to come out this year. The theme of the song has various opposites such as darkness and light, noise and silence, and so forth.

Last question: yesterday Tatsuro said that MUCC would be returning to Finland. Do you still think that will happen?

MUCC: Yes, as soon as possible.

Thank you on behalf of all the Finnish fans.

MUCC: Thank you very much!
