MIYAVI's record release show on February 23rd at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles!
To participate in the giveaway, simply fill out the Google form below. Filling out the form gives you one default drawing chance in the giveaway. For additional drawing chances, share, retweet or repost any of our
MIYAVI giveaway-related Facebook posts, Twitter tweets or Instagram posts. Each share, retweet or repost gives an additional drawing chance to each participant, and each participant is limited to three additional drawing chances per day.

Please note that Facebook shares, Twitter retweets and Instagram reposts will be valid for additional drawing chances only if you fill out the Google form below. In order for us to verify that you've shared, retweeted or reposted our posts and tweets, please make sure that the privacy settings for your respective social media accounts allow us to view them.
One winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of Google form entries on February 19th, 5:00am (PST), so please be sure to fill out this Google form and share, retweet or repost our posts and tweets before then. The winner will be notified by email within three hours after the giveaway ends.
Tickets can be picked up at will-call on the day of the show with an ID matching the winner's name.
