- All entries must be submitted by January 1st, 2018, 23:59 GMT. Entries submitted after January 1st, 2018, 23:59 GMT will not be considered.
- Each participant may only submit one entry (one Google form). Participants who send in more than one entry will automatically be disqualified.
- Current JaME staff may not participate in this giveaway.
- JaME, Chaotic Harmony, Gan-Shin Records, Okami Records and Resonance Media are not responsible for any damage to or loss of prizes during the shipping process. In the event of any damage to or loss of prizes during the shipping process, no replacement prizes will be sent.
- Participants residing in the EU agree to allow the processing of data provided in their Google form submissions outside of the EU. JaME agrees to process data submitted by participants in accordance with the EU's GDPR.
- Data submitted by participants will only be accessible to JaME's managers, for the purposes of facilitating JaME's selection of prize winners through a lucky draw format and contacting of prize winners via their provided email addresses thereafter.
- No data submitted by participants will be shared with third parties without the express approval of participants.
- Should a participant wish to withdraw from the giveaway and/or request the deletion of his/her data, he/she may send a request to contact.en@jame-networks.com. Data will be deleted upon request.
- Data submitted by participants will be deleted by January 15th, 2018.
