JaME is giving away tickets and meet-and-greet passes for you to meet MIYAVI and SLOT MACHINE on each of the following shows of MIYAVI's upcoming North American tour:

- April 4th at The Neptune in Seattle, WA
- April 6th at The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA
- April 9th at Belasco Theater in Los Angeles, CA
- April 23rd at Irving Plaza in New York City, NY

- Prize B (2 meet-and-greet passes)*

To participate in the giveaway, simply fill out the Google form below. Filling out the form gives you one default drawing chance in the giveaway. For additional drawing chances, share or retweet any of our MIYAVI giveaway-related Facebook posts or Tweets.

Each share or retweet gives an additional drawing chance to each participant, and each participant is limited to two additional drawing chances per day.

Please note that Facebook shares and Twitter retweets will be valid for additional drawing chances only if you fill out the Google form below. In order for us to verify that you've shared or retweeted our posts or tweets, please make sure the privacy settings for your shares or retweets allow us to view them.

Winners will be randomly drawn from the pool of entries on March 20th, 5:00am (USA ET), so please be sure to fill out this Google form and share or retweet our posts before then. Winners will be notified by email after the giveaway ends.

Details for meet-and-greets will be sent to winners within 48 hours of the show. Meet-and-greet pass winners will have the opportunity to meet MIYAVI and SLOT MACHINE.

Winners can pick up their tickets or meet-and-greet passes at will-call on the day of the show with an ID matching their names.
