As many know, YOSHIKI is one of the legendary musicians of X JAPAN. However, after making a contribution through music for over two decades, he is now making a contribution to society by creating the Yoshiki Foundation.

The Yoshiki Foundation is a California non-profit, public benefit corporation. It provides funds in a variety of ways, from the purchase of musical instruments, to providing music lessons, to arranging for a child and his family to attend an opera or rock concert or other music-related event. Yoshiki has also partnered with several world-renowned doctors and researchers to explore the interaction between music and the human brain, and how music could be used as therapy.

On July 1st at the Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles, the Yoshiki Foundation will be throwing a free benefit bash for charity. The beneficiaries of the event include the GRAMMY Foundation® and St. Vincent Meals on Wheels. Fans are invited to come! It is free with online registration at JRock Revolution or JRock Nation. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis until the venue has reached full capacity.

Fans can expect much fun and excitement at the event with exclusive surprises, never before
seen videos, an h.NAOTO fashion event, videos of upcoming projects, chances to win rare
X JAPAN items, and much more. Make sure to dress to impress! There will be a fashion contest, so dress in cosplay or your own unique style and enter the evening's Masquerade contest to win unique prizes such as a spot in X JAPAN's next music video, which will be held the following day, or an invite to meet YOSHIKI in person at the Club Nokia VIP room.
