In midst of a long nationwide to promote their latest album decadence, three-piece rock band DOPING PANDA announced the release of a new mini-album called anthem for November 4th.

Consisting of a medium-tempo dance number, anthem will come with four other brand-new songs, all currently untitled. Released in the CD+DVD format only, the mini-album is also set to feature the music video of the title track and footage from DOPING PANDA's concert at LIQUIDROOM ebisu in Tokyo on July 23rd.

DOPING PANDA LIVE IN TOKYO at LIQUIDROOM 20090723, as the concert was titled, has been fully recorded to be featured in the release. With a total of fifteen songs, the show also included rare versions of tracks E.C.D.T. and Lost & Found, sung by BEAT CRUSADERS' vocalist Hidaka Tooru.
