Female pop-rock trio Stereopony have announced the release of their fifth single, called Tsuki akari no michishirube, For November 4th.

Featuring lyrics and music composed by vocalist and guitarist AIMI, the single is said to show a more rockish side of the band and is scheduled to be used as the opening theme for the new season of the anime "DARKER THAN BLACK", starting in October.

Tsuki akari no michishirube will be available in three formats: CD+DVD, CD-only and a special "DARKER THAN BLACK" themed version. Although other details about the single itself and the extra contents are still unknown, it has already been revealed that the anime edition of the single will only be available until December this year.
