In addition to their upcoming album, Kin kure! Ai kure! Jiyuu kure!, which is set to come out on May 12th, Gagaga SP has announced the release of a new DVD for July 8th. Gagaga to hibiku kobe no machi will feature a documentary concerning the band's activities through the latest few years, including scenes in which Cossack Maeda, the group's vocalist, talks about his struggles with panic disorder, plus information about the band losing their major contract and how they made their comeback. The DVD will feature 55 minutes total and will also include the music video of Ano koro no boku wa kimi nitotte dou mieru kai, an interview with Cossack Maeda and, lastly, documentary and live footage from their "guerrilla live" held at Ikuda Shrine.
The girl-fronted band TsuShiMaMiRe announced the release of their first major album for June 17th. Titled A, umi da., the album will feature ten songs total, including their most recent single, Time Lag, known for featuring four tracks for 300 yen.
Furthermore, the band will also embark on a new promotional tour two days after the release of the album. Called A, TsuShiMaMire da., the tour will consist of 22 concerts, starting at Chiba LOOK on June 19th and ending with a special event show at LIQUIDROOM ebisu on July 5th in order to celebrate their 10th anniversary as a band.
