Update of the JaME Forum!

No big changes have taken place, but the JaME forum has been modified a bit. Two new sub-boards have been added: JUrban and Off-topic.

The JUrban forum is of course to discuss artists from urban music styles such as hip-hop and r'n'b, in a view to attract more popular music loving people. The off-topic forum has been added to discuss less serious topics related to Jmusic.
