If you are a fan of Japanese urban music or follow the Oricon charts, you will probably be familiar with the name Bennie K.

Bennie K's musical style is based mainly around R'n'B influenced songs which consist of melodic, catchy choruses sung by Yuki alternating with Chico's rapping refrains. Their sound, although now common in Japanese music was highly unusual before Bennie K and the band can be said to be pioneers in building the popularity of this style of music. The band are well respected in the music business and have worked with famous artists including Diggy-Mo' from SOUL'd OUT, Def Tech and m-flo.
