Titled The Goal, it reflects Japan's goal to return to a nuclear-free country. The cover shows the NNK logo, No Nuke Kyoukai (which means "anti-nuclear association"). This song ensues from the closing down of the last reactor of Tomari's nuclear power station, based in Hokkaido.
