Visual band the GazettE have announced the postponement of some of their upcoming dates.
The reason for this is that vocalist Ruki has been diagnosed with vocal cord edema associated with viral infection. His vocal cords are swollen, leaving him unable to talk or sing and it was necessary for him to spend some time in hospital.
Currently, the GazettE's upcoming lives in Hiroshima, Okayama, Fukuoka, Chiba and Atsugi have been postponed. Further postponements will be announced at a later date, depending on doctors' judgement.
To reassure fans, guitarist Aoi has written on his Twitter account that things have calmed down a little. We wish Ruki all the best with his recovery.
