Perfume's First Release of 2010

Popular electro-pop idolgroup Perfume is entering their tenth anniversary year, and for the occasion, they have announced the release of a brand-new single for April.

It has been almost a year since Perfume released their last single, the chart-topping hit One Room Disco. In July, they put out their third full-length album, ⊿ (Triangle), which went on to sell over 250,000 copies.

The group kicked off the commemorations of their tenth anniversary with a special performance of their hit song Chocolate Disco on the NHK music program "MUSIC JAPAN" on February 14th. As of the 11th, though, a music video of the same song with scenes from their newest tour Chokkaku Nitouhen Sankakkei TOUR was made available on digital stores Rekochoku and Amuse Mobile.

Perfume's long-awaited new single is the third part of their anniversary celebrations. More information, such as the release date, title and tracklist have not been unveiled, but are expected to be announced soon.
