Alternative and experimental singer Salyu, who is often compared to Björk due to the tone of her voice, will release a new single and album in March.

The single, called Atarashii YES, will hit stores on the 10th. However, it is already airing on TVs around Japan as the CM song of TOYOTA's Hybrid Sedan "SAI". Besides the title track, the CD will also feature a medley with snippets from the album songs as a bonus track.

As for the album, it is due to come out on the 24th under the title MAIDEN VOYAGE. Although not much is known about the release so far, it will go on sale in two editions, the limited of which will come with a DVD including footage from Salyu's performance at Nippon Budokan in February.
