Experimental rock band HY will release their sixth album, called Whistle, on January 27th - almost two years after their hit album HeartY.

Whistle is being released right at the beginning of HY's tenth anniversary year, marking a new start to the group. Kokuhaku and the single Rail, as well as the b-sides Shounen and Kaerimichi, are all included on the album, which will have a total of twelve songs.

A "Portrait Version" of the album will be sold along with a regular edition. It will come with a portrait sleeve, package and disc, plus a 60-page photobook and and a DVD including the music videos of Rail, Kokuhaku and a new tune, as well as a documentary with unpublished footage.
