Tokyo Jihen Album

Jazz/rock group Tokyo Jihen, led by popular singer Sheena Ringo, have announced the title and release date of their new album, previously announced to be released in the beginning of 2010.

Sports, the group's fourth album, is due for release on February 24th. It is their first album in over two years, as Variety, their latest album, was released in September 2007. An extensive promotional tour in venues across the entire country is also scheduled to take place throughout March and May.

The album's tracklist has not been fully decided yet, but it is expected to come with thirteen songs, including the group's latest chart-topping single Noudouteki sanfunkan and also Senkou shoujo, which had its PV included in their 2007 DVD of the same title.
