Pop/acoustic singer Hata Motohiro has scheduled the release of a new single, titled Ai, for January 13th 2010.

Ai will be Hata's first single since Halation, released in August this year. Besides the title song, described as a warm ballad, and its instrumental counterpart, the single will also include live studio versions of Yoru ga akeru, a song from his second album ALRIGHT, and also a cover of KIRINJI's Aliens.

The limited edition of the single will also come with a DVD featuring live scenes from his premium concert in Kyoto in April and also footage from his performance at the event Augusta Camp 2009～Extra～, held at Saitama Super Arena in October.
