Shortly after performing a one-man concert at Shibuya O-EAST on August 26th to promote their latest single storia, pop trio Kalafina have already planned the release of a new single for October 28th, called progressive.

progressive is described as a "live concept single", focusing on their next one-man performance, scheduled to be held at Akasaka BLITZ on December 27th. The single, besides the title track and its instrumental counterpart, will also feature the b-side Utsukushi sa.

The release will be available in both regular and limited editions, the latter also coming with a DVD including the PV for progressive, live performances of Ongaku, love come down and Mata kaze ga tsuyokunatta, all shot during their premium live at Shibuya O-WEST on May 19th, and scenes from their appearance on the TV program "Utatane" in July.
