Sakamoto Ryuichi will release a live album, titled Ryuichi Sakamoto: Playing the Piano 2009 Japan, on September 23rd. The CD will feature audio taken from his national tour Ryuichi Sakamoto Playing the Piano 2009, during which the composer held 24 performances between March 18th and April 29th. The release will also come housed in carbon offset packaging (i.e. biodegradable cardboard etc).
