It has been announced that ZARD will release a new posthumous single on May 27th. Sunao ni ienakute, her 45th single, will feature a re-arranged version of the title-track, originally composed and written by Sakai Izumi herself and released in 1991 as the b-side of the single Fushigi ne.... The single will feature Mai Kuraki in the title-track, the b-side hypnosis (previously released in 1999 in the single MIND GAMES), both songs' instrumental versions and will be released in two versions, the limited of which will also come with a DVD containing digest live footage.
In addition, three commemorative concerts will be hold in May in Izumi Sakai's memory. The first two will feature ZARD, Yui Nakamura from GARNET CROW and Hiromi Haneda and will take place at Osaka Fudoujima River Forum on the 15th and 16th, while the last one, which will also feature Shuuichi Ikemori from DEEN and Mai Kuraki besides ZARD and Hiromi Haneda, will be held at Nippon Budokan on May 27th.
