Yosui Inoue, who will celebrate his 40th anniversary since his debut in 2009, announced the release of a new album for December 10th. Carefully chosen from over 350 songs, BEST BALLADE will contain sixteen of Inoue's best ballads, including Riverside Hotel, Shounen jidai and Isso Serenade.
